This bowl gives you 30 grams of protein in about five minutes, no cooking, no blender — and it’s easy to eat even when food feels like a chore.

Why this works on a GLP-1

Greek yogurt is the quiet hero of a small appetite: it’s protein-dense, soft, cold, and goes down easily when solid food doesn’t appeal. The optional cottage cheese pushes the protein higher without adding much volume, and the berries and cinnamon make it feel like a treat rather than a health chore.

It’s also almost infinitely adjustable — dial the toppings up on hungry days, strip it back to just yogurt and a little honey on rough ones.

Make it your own

  • Higher protein: stir in half a scoop of protein powder — vanilla or unflavored both disappear into the yogurt.
  • More fiber: add a tablespoon of ground flax or a few tablespoons of high-fiber cereal.
  • Savory version: skip the fruit and honey; top yogurt with cucumber, a little olive oil, salt, and everything-bagel seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (170g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese (optional, adds ~4g protein and creaminess)
  • 1/3 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen-thawed)
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts or sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey or a few drops of vanilla, to taste
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

    Spoon the Greek yogurt (and cottage cheese, if using) into a small bowl and stir until smooth.

    Top with the berries, nuts, and chia seeds.

    Drizzle with honey or vanilla, dust with cinnamon, and eat right away — or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Tips

  • Small appetite? Split it into two smaller portions and eat one now, one mid-morning.
  • Want more protein without more volume? Stir in half a scoop of unflavored or vanilla protein powder.
  • On a nausea day, skip the nuts and use room-temperature yogurt — cold and crunchy can feel harder to face.
