Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address — only if you subscribe to our newsletter or request a download. We use it to send you the content you asked for and our newsletter.
• Basic analytics — aggregate, privacy-respecting page-view statistics (no cross-site tracking profiles).
• Commercial-link events — when you use a provider or product link, our application records the merchant/product, page, button placement, coarse device class, timestamp, and a random click ID. These application records do not include the referring URL, your IP address, symptoms, diagnosis, medication, or other health information, and are scheduled to expire after 90 days. Cloudflare and destination providers may separately process network data under their own policies and retention terms.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not collect health information. Please don't include medical details in emails to us.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Affiliate links and third parties

When you click an affiliate link, the destination site may set cookies to attribute your visit to us. We use first-party redirect records to measure which pages and placements readers find useful; likely automated link-preview traffic is marked so it can be excluded from analysis. Destination sites have their own privacy policies, which we don't control. Our email service provider processes subscriber addresses on our behalf.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link and standards-based one-click email headers. Opening the visible link shows a confirmation button so automated email-security scanners cannot unsubscribe you accidentally. To have your data deleted, email [email protected] and we'll remove it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the effective date above and note the change in our newsletter.
